Album Information
Reflections celebrates ten years since the release of Echoes from the Mist and contains music of a very different and more uplifting feel. Inspired by the musicians who have influenced Neil over the years, Reflections contains six tracks of music ranging from progressive to ambient chill-out, Native American to Dance.
The album also brings together the voice and word combination of Neils long time friend and mentor Chris Porter and the wonderful voice of Debbie Wander, who reads beautifully the poem Purity and Love from the track The Voice (Purity and Love). Also joining Neil on the album is the very talented Devon musician Scott Jasper, who provides haunting chants on two of the songs. Scott is himself an accomplished musician who plays a wide range of instruments from djembe and guitar to rattles, flutes, whistles and didgeridoo. Neil recorded and helped produce Scott’s debut album Earthdreamers.
